The Tsleil-Waututh Nation Skills Development Centre is dedicated to supporting Aboriginal and Métis people in their efforts to enhance their self-awareness, health and wellness, education and employment. Our collection of programs and services is a model based on First Nations traditions and orientation toward life; its stress is on the importance of balance.

What we do:
Employment and Training Human Resources and Social Development: Our H.R.S.D.C. contract administers employment and training funds to assist employable, unemployed, underemployed or employment disadvantaged to attain employment.
Professional Development and Essential Skills: help clients learn those things that are relevant to the career that they're interested in.
Education: upgrade Essential Skills, K-12 courses, and high school completion.
Counseling and Remediation Services provide support for students, clients and their families to help manage issues affecting their health, wellness, education, and employment.
Post Secondary Education Support, funded by Indian and Northern Affairs (I.N.A.C.) and Coastal Corridor Consortium (C3): a Tsleil- Waututh partnership with Capilano University, Vancouver Community College, Native Education Centre, Lil'wat, Musqueum, Schelt, Squamish, United Native and Métis BC Nations.
Homework Club (FNESC) we provide after school tutoring for students on reserve lands who currently attend mainstream schools.
